I'm using github pages a backup for my main web server. This means, if you go to the domain jolle.ga you will get this index file. With some javascript checking it will check if my main server is online, if it isn't it will redict to the backup on github.
You may use this project freely, you should place somewere on your page "Load Balancing by @J0113 on Github".
- Copy this repository to on of yourself
- Enable Github Pages
- (Optional) Setup a domain for github pages (the main domain)
- Edit the index.html file to match your own site
- Place somewere on your page "Load Balancing by @J0113 on Github".
- Test it out!
