El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo realizar un modelo para la predicción de precios de compra y venta de vivienda (casas) usadas en Bogota por medio de la técnica de web scraping y datos proporcionados por habi y la predicción de precios se realizó mediante técnicas de aprendizaje. Se usaron tecnicas ML - NO supervisadas y supervisadas y la hibirdacion de las dos antes mencionadas como tambien RN. El propósito de este trabajo es apoyar la toma de decisiones informada de las personas que desean invertir o vender su inmueble en este municipio. Los resultados mostraron que variables como el área de la casa, el área construida, el tipo de vivienda y el estrato son factores importantes a la hora de determinar el precio.
