-PROJECT GOALS- Learn how to create backgrounds and heroes that use parallax effects, gain a better understanding of CSS behavior, design a well documented project that can be referenced later if needed.
-DESCRIPTION- A short personal project in learning web design parallax effects. This project utilizes a full 7 layer background that has parallax effect. It is created entirely with CSS and no Javascript. All Project materials/graphics were created by me.
