Hello, under what license is this project released under ? I would like to study it to learn from it if I could. Thank you.

Thank you for bringing this up, I am a little hesitant to add a permissive open source licence at the moment until I know the direction that the project is heading and I get permission from my University (since this is part of a University project)
Most likely I will attach an MIT licence once the project is released next month.
Could you tell me a little bit more about how you would want to use this project?

Hello, no problem at all. I just want to learn more about and maybe come up with ideas how to organize a complex multi-agent simulation or game.
