tested on:
Win 7 64, Intel Q8400, Nvidia GT 640, Dx11
Win 7 64, Intel E8400, ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series, Dx11

I would need more information. If you attempt to run with -log debug is there anything in the log file that looks like an error?
