Layout
PROJECTS_LIST_COLUMN occupies 25% of the available width and can scroll vertically when necessary. SELECTED_PROJECT_COLUMN occupies 75% of the available width and does not scroll.
Behavior
PROJECTS_LIST_COLUMNS displays the list of Decode projects found in
~/Library/Application Support/Decode/Projectsby 'title' property, sorted descending by 'updated' property. When a project title is selected, the SELECTED_PROJECT_COLUMN displays a summary of the metadata for the selected project.
