A Python based program that makes use of OpenCV to identify and count light and dark pollen from a given image.
The program also measures the pollen size based on the scale given in the image.

run the following command (make sure you are in the correct directory)
python gui.py -
select image with pollen to be counted

adjust parameters to get the best results
