Allows web-based querying of data presented in paper "A visual motion detection circuit suggested by Drosophila connectomics", Takemura et al.

Setup

  • Install Go compiler.
  • Run go build
  • Run medulla_one_column --help to see options.

After running the executable, a web app should be available on the port of your choice. The home page will show the following:
