This is a cfg for dota underlords. It features various settings that are normally not found inside the settings option.
First, go to steam/steamapps/common/Underlords/game/dac/cfg and put jarconfig.cfg there.
Then, go to your steam library, rightclick on Dota Underlords, go to properties > "set launch options" and add +exec jarconfig
