Simple modification of "Mint-Y-Dark-Aqua" from Linux Mint 19.2.
Changed most tons of grey as well as the ton of blue. Also added some transparency on the panel and menu.
Tested on Linux Mint 19.2 Cinnamon and Ubuntu 19.04.
- Ubuntu/Mint: sudo apt install git
- Fedora: sudo dnf install git
