About The Application:

The Application has the following functions:
1. A Medication Tracker-Manage your Medication information and get timely reminders to take your medication!
2. An Appointment Manager-Create and Manage Appointments in real time!
3. A Clinic Locator- Using the CHAS Clinic Dataset,see a map of Singapore with all the CHAS clinics!
4. Health Vitals Tracker- Log and track your health vitals such as Blood Pressure and Glucose all in one place!
The Application was made in Flutter using Dart.
The Application uses Firebase for Authentication and Cloud Firestore to store,retrieve and sync Data across devices.
