I was thinking that it would be nice to create a new installer similar to bazelisk - user would install bazelbsp binary, and it would run proper version of bazel-bsp (it should support .bazelbspversion file - similar to .bazelversion file from bazelisk)

Also, we can consider running server with bazel run instead of java ....
