After Installing and Patching: WARNING DS5 Group_Devices is empty with D435I and D435

After running the install followed by the patch, the realsense-viewer launches but when a device is connected, the terminal spits out a single line "01/05 10:57:26,825 WARNING [548011650672] (ds5-factory.cpp:617) DS5 Group Devices is empty." Same message using both the D435I and D435.

Update: Firmware updated on D435 to latest version, Now the camera is found and works. Just the D435I that does not work which is as stated in the notes from April 30th 2019
