MNN contains the basic implementation of Matrix Neural Network.
MLSTM contains an MNN based LSTM network. It takes in data from the files "Matrix_LSTM/data/South_Indian_Ocean/south_indian_ocean_processedtest2006-2013.txt" and "Matrix_LSTM/data/South_Indian_Ocean/south_indian_ocean_processedtrain1985-2001.txt" These two datafiles have already been processed to set cyclone starting points as 0.
