Hey!

Would this tool support visium HD tool with the 8 micron resolution? (500-600k bins/spots)

Not entirely sure if it was made to handle such high dimensions, but just asking before testing it :)

Hi,

Thank you for your questions.  Our SpatialGlue supports visium HD data. It should be noted that we may need to transform raw data into required forms, namely 'cell x gene' matrix. Hope it helps. Thanks again.
