Re-saves all products in Magento 2 through a CLI command

Installation:

- git clone https://github.com/JoeyKhd/Joey_MassSave.git
- php bin/magento module:enable Joey_MassSave
- php bin/magento setup:upgrade

Usage:

php bin/magento masssave:save

A prompt will pop up asking you from which ID to start re-saving. If just from the beginning type 1.
