Set up:

python3 -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt

Run main application:

First, you need to create a .env file in the current directory with these 3 values set, one on each line: DISCORD_TOKEN, DISCORD_GUILD, OWM_KEY

python mocking_bot.py
