MRS-Sim is an open-source framework for simulating in vivo-like MRS data. This work aims to combine the most current knowledge and start-of-art techniques to simulate data that is as real as possible. This model makes use of several novel simulation techniques and will soon incorporate experimental results to further improve the clinical relevance.
