I hijacked the reminder spinners from Google's Calender App and added some extra code to KISS.

Definitely works on Kit Kat (crowd chants "NEXUS! NEXUS! NEXUS!"). Probably works on API Level: 18. Android 4.3 ( JELLY_BEAN_MR2 )
