some processing examples in jupyter for the raciri 2019 summer school, including some test data
- Conda environment used for the example notebooks
- conda create -n raciri --file env/raciri-list.txt
- conda activate raciri
For notebooks to function correctly some paths should be edited to match installed paths for test data.
