This repo shows an unexpected behaviour by pnpm when using peerdependencies not listed in package.json
to reproduce:
- clone this repo
- install dependencies with
pnpm install
pnpm run test
you would recieve an error like this:

if you use npm instead of pnpm the stylelint works as expected:
- clone this repo
- install dependencies with
npm install
npm run test
