Output GPS accuracy in the GPX export

Having GPS accuracy somewhere in the GPX export would be very helpful for troubleshooting.

I'll implement this and provide a PR.

Sounds great. I'm wondering if GPS accuracy threshold should default to infinite, then, considering the value will be included. What do you think?

For backwards compatibility it would make sense.
