precompile fails

When updating today, some part of Symbolics failed to precompile:

Symbolics → SymbolicsSymPyExt

I'm not a maintainer, but is this the same issue as #1042 ?
At least for me the package still works fine despite the error message.

Yes it's a Julia level issue but it doesn't effect usage.
