how to read multiple .nirs files at the same time in LIONirs

Hi, thank you in advance!
i have collected data by using Hatachi ETG 7100, in which there are three .csv files as three ROIs, that is, 'sub1_MES_Probe1.csv', 'sub1_MES_Probe2.csv', 'sub1_MES_Probe3.csv'
now i'd like to use your toolbox to analyzing functional connectivity for my data.
first, i convert the three .csv files to three .nirs files (i.e., 'sub1_MES_Probe1.nirs', 'sub1_MES_Probe2.nirs', 'sub1_MES_Probe3.nirs') by using the code (i.e., Hitachi_2_Homer_v3) generated by Rebecca S Dewey;
then, i read the .nirs data by using LIONirs.
the question is that how to read the three .nirs files at the same time, as i have to analyze functional connectivity between 68 channels (24 channels in sub1_MES_Probe1.nirs, 22 channels in sub1_MES_Probe2.nirs, 22 channels in sub1_MES_Probe3.nirs ).
"Concatenate nirs.mat (multi subjects time series)" seems not apply to my situation.
am i clear?
best
looking forward to hearing from you.
