After downloading and extracting the files into your htdocs folder: Open phpmyadmin and create a new database called "exceptional" Then import the exceptional.sql file found in your extracted e-learning folder. Proceed to localhost/e-learning to access the platform as a user To access the admin panel, proceed to localhost/e-learning/gotoep
