/No-Support-Reminder-For-Mangadex

Removes the reoccurring box and orange box at the top asking for support. Changes search bar size to fill in new empty space.

If you don't like the changes I made to the search bar you can change it by editing the '.nav-bar-search' css for BOTH urls.
