Powershell(admin):

cd checkra.win
patch.ps1
**reboot**
run winpatch4ra1n.exe
patch2.ps1
**cloning assets**
download installer from releases
**the start?**
run the installer
type in the path to the github repo
run the new file
**linux**
install ubuntu from microsoft store
open it
after that download the checkra1n binary from here
go into the terminal and run:
./checkra1n
or for webra1n
./checkra1n -w 127.0.0.1 8080
