Report Generation Invalid File Error

Hi,
I ran into the following issue when attempting to run mity report 1.0.0. I was able to successfully run mity calling with

$singularity exec -B /cluster --cleanenv docker://drmjc/mity:0.3.0 mity call --normalise --reference hg38 --prefix HALB3054113 HALB3054133.bam

to produce test_mity/HALB3054113.normalise.vcf.gz

However, then running the report command:

ValueError: invalid file `b'test_mity/HALB3054113.normalise.mity.annotated.vcf'` (mode=`b'r'`) - is it VCF/BCF format?

Upon inspecting the outputs, HALB3054113.normalise.mity.annotated.vcf is an empty file, however HALB3054113.normalise.vcf.gz contains variants and appears to be correct. Note that HALB3054113 represents hg38-aligned illumina sequencing data from NA12878. The contents of the normalise VCF are as follows:

I have successfully run this sample using mity 0.3.0, so I do not believe it to be an issue with the underlying BAM data or with my local environment or singularity setup.

vcfanno creates that file a few lines earlier (which we only introduced in v1.0.0): https://github.com/KCCG/mity/blob/master/mitylib/report.py#L256-L271, so my first thought is whether vcfanno is working within your singularity environment. Can you please post any logs you see from that command?
