how to install :
download the file and paste here : C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 2021\Support Files\Scripts\ScriptUI Panels

in after effects go to windows-tab on top and you will see a script at bottom click on it then lick on the scriptName and drag it to the screen
