you need to install Parallel::ForkManager
how to install it :
1- cpan Parallel::ForkManager
2- move to Parallel-ForkManager directory
3- perl Makefile.PL && make test && make install or perl Makefile.PL && dmake test && dmake install
usage : perl script.pl -u list.txt -t 5
