errors, warnings & clean-up

• log files (mainly Rosetta stdout but also parser and slurm) should be checked for errors and warnings in an automated way, and these need to be forwarded to either the pipeline developer or the user who is running the job in question
• may be good to have a set of keywords we grep from those files - list to be compiled
• outside of debugging scenarios, tar or delete slurm files as they otherwise clutter the file system
