A clone of a popular social media web-app.
This is an app that allows users to share and like pictures. It also allows users to comment on the pictures, follow other users and see their friends pictures on their home page.
This project has utilized the following technologies:
- Python 3.6
- Django
- Bootstrap
- SQL
- Fontawesome
You need the following to make edits to the repository:
- git
- an integrated development environment that can handle python
- a virtual environment
- SQL
Just in case you want to set up your own gallery with your styles
- Copy the clone link provided in the repository
- Start your command line
- Run the git clone command with the copied links
- Make changes to the remote(s) used to point to your repository
- Create a virtual environment and install all the files in the requirements.txt (pip install -r requirements.txt)
- make your edits and view them by running the python local server(python3.6 manage.py runserver)
