need to set up config/ directory take a look at the config/example.js file for an example
touch config/dev.js
start making your new project and enable API uri end routes
need to make a /client/src/config/id
npm run dev
if this is a new IP Address you will need to go to the Atlas Mongo website to allow access to the current IP
to test in the root directory npm test
Make sure to update both Root and Client Directory
