.NET Core 3.0 web API which generates n different math problems with optional min/max number of operations.
The default URI generates 4 problems with 2 minimum operations: http://mathgeneratorapi.azurewebsites.net/api/mathproblem
To use the parameters from the API: /mathproblem/{Number of problems to generate}/{Min Operations}/{Max Operations}
