- Download all python files and sample data from this Github platform.
- Open "Run.py" in the Python IDE (such as Anaconda Spyder) on your computer.
- Run the file 'run.py'
- Check the results in the dst directory
- nn_results - pred_results.pkl: estimated water quality values by the proposed method
- evaluate_proposed.xlsx: listed estimated values of the proposed method at five measurement sites
- water_quality_map_proposed_mothod.png: water quality map of the proposed method
