contact map could highlight bonds KaSa knows engage in polymerization

In the GUI, the tab "polymers" displays a list of bonds that yield arbitrarily large complexes. Meanwhile, the contact map tab displays all bonds. It would be useful to have a toggle in the contact map tab allowing it to only display the bonds listed in the polymers tab.
