Why making predictions at 30.5 years?

The choice of prediction time will always be arbitrary, but 30.5 years seems odd. Should we use e.g. 5 years instead? That's more relevant in clinical applications.

I changed this to be t=5 in CS and CIF vignettes. @KarlaMonterrubioG please do the same in the others.

Ok, yes I just did that arbitrary choice for no specific reason.
