This repository contains the code to implement the spanning tree protocol algorithm for an exteneded LAN network. The file bridge.py describes the class for bridges and lans in the network. The file bridgesim.py contains the code for setting up the network using the bridges and lans described in brdige.py and then implementing the spanning tree protocol on it.
