Course been divided into five sections:
- Product Manager Introduction and description of the role
- Product Strategy - Includes lectures on problem identification, Vision and Strategy
- Product Design - Run a design sprint which includes understanding the problem, sketches for the same and build prototype, perform validation
- Product Development - Development methodologies, create user stories and acceptance criteria, managing backlogs and stakeholder expectations
- Product Launch - Set up the Launch Process, marketing strategy and get post-launch feedback
