Create a venv with the name .venv and upload the file myapp.py in the same folder.
Then pip install all dependencies from the requirements.txt and run the command :uvicorn myapp:app --reload .
Then on the local host the server will run in the url after the localhost address type/docs :http://127.0.0.1:8000/docs
Then upload the audio the audio should be a wav file with mono and 16000hz frequency.
