You need to install the development kit for SDL2 and TCod. Also needed: microsoft visual c++ redistributable package
sudo apt install libsdl2-dev libtcod-dev
All core functions are still work in progress. We have:

- raw files for items, equipments, monsters and spells.

- graphical tiles
