Update the high-level meta model of Kendrick

We have several versions of the MM. We need an up to date one that helps us specify how the math model is mapped to Kendrick and more generally how the Kendrick functionality is supported.
The MM should probably be split in two levels:
User MM or UMM : high level
Implementor MM or IMM: lower-level with the main implementation choices
