This project was built by the team Encoders as the project for the TSEC hacks hackathon.
We have made use of bootstrap for the front end and PHP with MySQL for the backend. I am keeping the repository public, for whoever may want to use it in the future. : ) The scripts for the DB are contained in the script.sql file.
