A simple Tool to Read and Write The necessary values from RE4.exe as xml file to simplify the editing. You need bio4 1.0.6 (with 4gb patched) to be able to extracting xml files.
As it a first project i made, it could be a poorly Coded. I'm still in early stage of learning Programing.
You need Visual Studio 2022 .NET 6.0 To compile the Project
If Tool booting and Close it self, then you need to download .net6 sdk from the official Microsoft site or Click in the link below. https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/6.0
