Changes:
- Removed top search/actionbar
- Moved pause, expand, delete and search buttons to split toolbar
- Search opens in ActionView in ActionBar
- Reload moved to overflow as you can't easily get menu long press
- Themes changed to Holo equivelents
- New icon
