Potato-based task reminder with built in hooks for Discord servers
Requires a config file which specifies the tasks to notify, this file should be formatted in the following way:
token <INSERT_DISCORD_WEB_HOOK_TOKEN_HERE>
id <INSERT_WEB_HOOK_ID_HERE>
event 16:20 everyone "some message"
event 23:00 killeroo "test"
event 02:00 sadpanda "this is a test message"
