Unable to use faker references from .net standard 2.0/net framework/net core class library which is referenced to a .net framework/net core console app project/test project.

This repo was created to repro an issue when faker.net package reference was accessed from class library though an output type project.

Could not load file or assembly 'Faker.Net.Standard.2.0, Version=2.0.163.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
