  2. Voter files
  3. Voter partisanship
  4. polling?
  5. centrist nb data

Eval considerations, 1967-2010:

  1. margin of victory
  2. prior success of independents
  3. turnout-- total votes for now, need to get historical pop data

Desirable:

  1. competitive
  2. prior successful indeps
  3. low turnout
