A tool for visually comparing SSE predictions
WARNING: This only works for proteins <150 aa long
1.) Input a file in FASTA format that contains the sequence of the protein in the beginning followed by the sequences of the predicted SSE elements
Ex.) see secondary_structure_sequences.fasta
2.) Input the names of the desired HTML colors for the specific secondary structural element
3.) Specify the name of the output file in PDF format
