Use the 'Snowflake Method' to write a novel via automated email prompts

Using Google Apps Script: 
User fills out a Google docs form to sign up. This triggers a series of emails that include novel writing prompts 
(in the style of The Snowflake Novel Writing method (Randy Ingermanson)). 

Each user's responses are collated. Upon completion of the series, users receive a link to a spreadsheet with their responses.
